How do I buy items on Thrif?
Browse our website and, if you see items you like, add them to your cart and follow the steps to checkout.
Make your payment through our secure payment gateway and enter your details. We’ll need your contact and delivery information. Once payment is confirmed, we’ll arrange the delivery of your item(s) via one of our trusted courier services.
How long does delivery take?
Our team at Thrif will ensure that your delivery is shipped within 1 - 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery with the courier can take an additional 3 - 5 days (excluding weekends).
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees will be included in the total payment amount when you checkout online.
Our standard shipping fees are as follows:
• R69 to your chosen PUDO locker/kiosk
• R89 to your door
• Free delivery for all orders of R1000 or more
Do you offer returns and refunds?
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, Thrif offers returns and refunds under certain conditions:
• Returns and refunds are accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• It is your responsibility to get the item(s) back to us.
• Once the return has been received, we will inspect the item(s).
• The item(s) must be in unused and undamaged condition.
If all of the above criteria have been met, we will issue you a credit coupon to the same value.
We will only refund you if the product has a defect, if the product is faulty, or if there was a stock mistake when the purchase was made.
