Thrif Store (Pty) Ltd ("Thrif," "we," "us," or "our") is an online platform that sells a variety of products sourced from our partner brands and businesses.

To make a purchase on our platform, you must do so via the Thrif online store or our official WhatsApp Business channel.
You will be required to provide accurate and current information for your order, including contact details, delivery address, and payment information.

You may not use our platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree not to:
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit any harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Interfere with the operation of our platform.
• Use the platform for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.

Product Descriptions: We take care to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.

Pricing: All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

Payment: We use a secure payment gateway for all online transactions. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.

Delivery fees will be calculated and added to your total at checkout. Fees may vary based on your location and the size of your order.

We can provide you with an estimated delivery time of 3 - 5 days, but we do not guarantee delivery dates.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a return or exchange.

By interacting with us on WhatsApp, you agree to the following:

Consent to Communication: You consent to receive communications from us via WhatsApp, including:
• Customer support messages.
• Marketing and promotional broadcasts.
• Transactional messages related to your orders (e.g., order confirmation, shipping updates, abandoned cart reminders).

Conversational Commerce: You may have the option to browse and purchase products directly within the WhatsApp chat. By completing a purchase in WhatsApp, you are entering into a binding contract of sale with us, subject to these Terms.

Opting Out: You can opt-out of marketing communications at any time by following the instructions in the messages we send you.

Data Usage: Your use of our WhatsApp services is also subject to WhatsApp's own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

We use social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn for marketing and brand awareness. We do not process sales directly through these platforms. Any interactions on these platforms are subject to the terms and policies of the respective platform.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Thrif or our content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Thrif shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform.
• Any content obtained from the platform.
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thrif and its employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of and access to the platform, or your violation of any term of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
