We use your address, contact details and preferred date specified in the seller form. We’ll get hold of you via WhatsApp to confirm everything before arranging a courier to collect the items from you. Be sure to pack your items in something secure with your name on them and stick to the size packaging requested!

Collection fees are covered by you, the seller, in most cases. The fees for collection are based on the package size, which comes from our courier partners PUDO and Pargo.

Once we collect, it takes Thrif around 2 weeks to process your items and publish them on our website for sale.

Sellers are sent a link to an online Seller Dashboard, provided by us, to keep track of their items from processing to payouts

Thrif will keep your items for 30 days and do our best to sell them in that time.

You have the option to choose whether you want us to donate any unsold items to our donation partner, Clothes to Good, or return them to you after 30 days.
