2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of South Africa to use the Platform as either a Buyer or a Seller.
2.2 Seller Requirements
To sell on the Platform, you must complete a Seller Form, which will capture your contact details, item collection details, payout information, and unsold/unsellable items preference.
2.3 Buyer Requirements
To purchase on the Platform, you must be able to communicate via Instagram Direct Messages (“DMs”). You will be required to pay via our secure Payment Gateway, which will capture your contact details and item delivery details.
2.4 Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. You also agree not to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
- Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Transmit any harmful, defamatory, or obscene content.
- Interfere with the operation of the Platform.
- Use the Platform for any commercial purposes without our express written consent.
