For items to pass our quality checks, we need them to be in good condition:
- Have been purchased within the past 5 years
- Washed and fully dry
- Include a label (includes brand, size, washing/care instructions)
- Do not have imperfections including rips, tears, pilling, fading, shrinkage, or blemishes
- Have tags on if they’re new
- Can be valued at no less than R100
